I have had a few web hosts over the years. Yes technology has improved, but service is what counts. I am a customer of dfghosting.com now, little builder, and must give them kudos. I haven't had any technical issues, downtime,etc at all. They transferred my website in minutes seamlessly. Response time to tickets is very short. They have placed video tutorials in your control panel that are accurate and easy to follow. You are not a number here and treated as a person, hard to find nowadays.
